备注栏主要包括以下内容：

    a）应变部署表应在船舶开航前制定，在应变部署表制定后，如船员有所变动而必须更改应变部署表时，船长应安排人员修订该表或制定新表。

      The muster list shall be prepared before the ship proceeds to sea. After the muster list hasbeen prepared， if any change takes place in the crew which necessitates an alteration in themuster list， the master shall arrange personnel to revise the list or prepare a new list.

    b）应变部署表中的任务可以一人多职，也可一职多人。

      For the duties assigned in the muster list， one person may do multiple duties and vice versa.

    c）船长的接替人为大副，轮机长的接替人为大管轮，驾驶员互为替换人，轮机员互为替换人，艇长的接替人为首选持船舶驾驶证人员。

      The substitute for master in an emergency is chief officer and for chief engineer is second en-gineer. The officers substitute each other and the engineers do likewise. The substitute forcommander of lifeboat should consider certified person first.

    d）航行途中发生应急情况时，驾驶室固定人员为：船长、值班驾驶员、值班水手；机舱固定人员为：轮机长、值班轮机员、值班机工。

      In the case of emergency， the following crew must be present： master， duty officer and dutyseaman on the bridge； chief engineer， duty engineer and duty motorman in the engine room.

      表中“执行人”一栏应填船员编号。

      The content filled in the columns of "executor" shall be crew number.

    e）救助艇的降落参照救生艇的降落，由船长现场决定增加救助、救护和担架人员。

      Reference is made to lifeboat launching for the operation of rescue boat launching. Personsneeded for carrying rescue， first-aid and lifting stretcher should be assigned on the spot bythe master.

    f）救生、消防设备维护保养责任人为驾驶员或轮机员。大副和轮机长负责监督指导。

      Crew members appointed to maintain life-saving and fire-fighting appliances should be deckofficer and engineer. This work should be conducted under the direct supervision of chief of-ficer and chief engineer.

    g）应变部署表应由船长签字后张贴在驾驶室、机舱、居住处所及公共处所。如遇船员变动或情况改变，应及时修订。

      Muster list shall be posted in the bridge， engine room， accommodation and public spaces af-ter signed by the master. If any change takes place in the crew which necessitates an altera-tion in the muster list， the master shall either revise the list or prepare a new list.

    h）对于国内航行船舶，在填写应变部署表时船员姓名可以不填在应变部署表中，但应在应变部署卡中填写，并采取有效手段，使船舶主要人员手中有本航行次船员姓名与编号的对照表。

      The name of the crew could not be filled in master list but shall fill in emergency card for do-mestic sailing ships. Effective measures should be taken to ensure that main crew andpersons obtain the table of name and number of crew.

    i）若船上人数超过30人，应将超出人员信息另行列出。

      If the number of crew and persons onboard over 30， the information of them shall be listedseparately.
