本附录参考了Indoor，Ambient and Workplace Air-Sam-pling and Analysis of Volatile Organic Compounds by Sorbent Tube/Thermal Desorption/Capillary Gas Chromatography-Part 1：Pumped Sampling ISO 16017-1的原理和方法，还参考了indoor air-part 6：Determination of Volatile Organic Com-pounds in Indoor and Test Chamber Air by Active Sampling on Tenax ta Sorbent，Thermal Desorption and Gas Chromatogra-phy Using Ms or Ms-fid ISO 16000-6：2004的原理和方法，结合了多年来开展TVOC检测的实际情况和经验。

    本标准本次修订时，引用了中国工程建设标准化协会标准《室内空气中苯系物及总挥发性有机化合物检测方法标准》T/CECS 539-2018的T-C复合吸附管方法，采用T-C复合吸附管方法方法可以简化取样检测工作；允许使用更先进的检测设备，提高工作效率。标准物质确定时，参考了人造板、涂料、胶粘剂、地毯、地毯衬垫和地毯胶粘剂等装修料释放到空气中较突出的污染物种类，结合了国内实际情况和相关方面的研究成果，参考了ISO 16000-6；考虑到实际工作需要，增加了检测结果争议时的处理。
